Our return policy is valid up to 14 days. The policy begins on the date package was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit and reserve the right to refuse your return. We will analyze each return on an individual basis. *You may be responsible for shipping fee or a restocking fee*

Eligibility for return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items will only be considered for returns if they have the original tags intact. Items must be free of stains, odors and damage. Items cannot have been washed. Size cannot have been altered ex; shrunk or stretched out. In short, item must be eligible for resale.


To complete your return:
Returns must include original invoice or a note including the following
-Full name used to place order
-Order Number
-List of items being returned
-Reasons for the return


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 1-5 business days.
If return is approved it will be processed and store credit will be sent in the form of a Discount code. (Valid for one time use only) Full amount given in the discount code must be used all at once.


Shipping:
*Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable*

The time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary depending on your location. Please plan ahead for returns in order for them to reach us within the 14 day deadline.

If you are shipping items over $75, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are therefore not responsible for items lost during shipping.
